It contains your personal data and is an individual interpretation, written only for you from your date, time and place of birth. That is why, once delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded: the file is already yours and there is no way to “give it back”.
What we can do — at no cost — is correct it: if you later find your birth time, if a detail was mistyped, or if you want it in the other language, we recalculate it and send it again within 30 days of delivery.
